Food can be the key to not only improving your physical health, but also your mental health and opening up the space in your life for what you really want. It is generally the second step in my coaching program and the main catalyst for living an all around well lifestyle. My nutrition consultations have 3 parts- initial consult and design, trial and error, wrap up. We will design a way of eating that works best for your wants and needs, no dogma here. I know that every body needs and wants different things, and sometimes we need help figuring out what the right fit is for us.
